Assura

Since the recent update (in May 2022) the app is almost useless. Doesn't show invoice details on the main page as before. Copying reference number of invoices does not exist anymore which made easier to pay invoices in banking apps. It only shows the pdf documents. With this update the app functionality went back 10 years in time. Totally disappointed.

Honestly I was quite surprised about the great quality of this app. The backend runs very smoothly and I personally have no problem at all with the scanner. Very intuitive, clean design, this app saved me so much time. Being part of a very digitalised generation where everything is done through my phone, it is such a blessing to see that some smart insurance companies such as Assura didn't let us down! Great job Assura, keep the good work!

PDF import doesn't work. When I highlight the PDF file and tap on the "SELECT" at the top of the screen, I am taken to the next screen for the "New invoice". The previous one was NOT imported, or at least, can not be seen on the "My submitted invoices". So, without that function the app is useless as for all other services I can go on the Assura website. On the other side, the scan function worked well and the receipt was submitted. Would be nice to have a possibility to add comments with the submitted form.
